Administration, Planning, & Personnel
Administration and Planning will do the following:
a) Plan and administer the congregation's direction using short/long
term planning.
b) Research and make suggestions related to the administrative structure
of the church and its appropriateness for present and future needs.
c) Provide the session and congregation with the appropriate data
needed to consider possible future physical plans, modifications,
renovations and additions.
Personnel will do the following:
a) Conduct annual personnel reviews with all the church's paid staff.
b) Make recommendations to the session and congregation concerning
changes in the compensation for church staff.
c) Provide general oversight and support for church staff.
d) Interview and recommend to the stssion, candidates to fill vacant staff
positions (except pastoral staff).
e) Oversee collection of monetary Christmas gifts for paid staff and
pianist.
